What do you do in your creative field?

I have 4 poetry collections with Templar Poetry (Derbyshire). I taught CW at the Seamus Heaney Centre, Belfast, and the University of Leeds.

What influences your work? What makes it unique?

Leading Irish poet Sinead Morrissey writes: his poetic vision complicates standard narratives concerning Irish poetry in important and sustaining ways

Collections: Kelpdings, The Beachcomber's Report, Pilgrimage, The Tipping Line. I have received 2 Bermuda Government Literary Awards and was shortlisted for Ireland's Shine/Strong Award for Best First Collection. My poem, Effacé, is on the Northern Irish GCSE syllabus. Editor, Queering the Green: Post-2000 Queer Irish Poetry (2021, Lifeboat Press). I own and operate The River mill Writers Retreat in County Down, Northern Ireland.
